About this app

3D Print Pricing is a workshop app for 3D printing businesses, makers and print farms: pricing, orders, inventory, equipment, clients and teamwork. On your phone and on the web at 3dprintpricing.pro.

Price every print right
• Calculator for FDM and SLA: material, electricity, printer wear, labor (operator, modeling, painting), consumables, packaging, delivery, marketplace fees, acquiring, taxes and profit.
• Three pricing modes: markup %, target profit or manual price. Discounts with a crossed-out price and a what-if preview.
• Send a slicer file (.gcode, .3mf, .stl) via "Share" — weight and print time go straight into the calculation.
• Calculation templates and drafts save themselves and continue on another device and on the website.

Work as a team
• Workshop mode: team members sign in to the app and see only their sections — orders, stock, printers, calculator.
• Roles and permissions: operator, storekeeper, co-owner or a custom role. Without "See money", prices and profit are hidden.
• Changes from teammates and the website appear within seconds; offline actions are sent once the connection is back.
• Workshop notifications: new order, filament running low, print finished.

Run orders like a shop floor
• List and Kanban board, drag between statuses, deadlines, color filters.
• Payments, advances and tips. A client link shows the order status and the quote — no sign-up needed.
• Quotes, invoices and delivery notes as branded PDFs; export orders to CSV.
• Scanner for QR labels and "Chestny Znak" marking codes.

Keep inventory under control
• Filament and resin with FIFO batches, average cost and a usage log. "Lasts ~N days" and a weekly shopping list.
• NFC spool tags (Bambu, Anycubic and more): read or write.
• Packaging, consumables and finished goods on warehouse shelves with low-stock alerts.

Equipment, clients, finance
• Printers, dryers, UV stations, lamps and ultrasonic baths with brand presets; payback for every machine.
• Clients with discounts, categories and billing details for documents; import from contacts.
• Finance: margin, unprofitable orders, month-over-month trends. Statistics for any period.

Handy on your phone
• Home screen widgets: statistics, orders in progress, print timer.
• Quick actions from the app icon.
• Fingerprint lock for Finance and backups.

Sync with the website
• With Web Plus and Web Team, orders, clients, stock and catalog match in the app and on 3dprintpricing.pro.
• Core work runs on the phone without an account; backup and restore work offline.

Subscriptions
Lite is free with limits. Basic and Pro unlock higher limits and more features. Web Plus adds sync and the website, Web Team adds a workshop with team members. Plan name, duration and price are shown in the app before purchase.

What’s new

Clients by phone: start typing a name or number in the calculator and the app suggests an existing client; search by phone and email when picking a client.

Stock: “To stock” from a model card now also deducts components; selling from stock doesn’t deduct them twice.

Infill in the 3D viewer can be typed as a number.

Fixed: picking .3mf files on Android, region and text on the subscription screen.
