About this app

⚠️ iTrace is an app for guardians (parents).

To use the service, you must install iLog (Galaxy Watch app) or iLogMobile (smartphone app) on your child's device and link them using an invitation code.

Location tracking does not work with iTrace alone.

iTrace is a family safety app that helps parents safely check their children's location and feel at ease.

When linked with your child's Galaxy Watch (iLog) or smartphone (iLogMobile),

you can view your child's current location, movement history, and notifications for arrival at or departure from safe zones all on a single screen.

Even children who have difficulty carrying a smartphone can share their location using only their Galaxy Watch,

allowing you to safely monitor your child's day, including school commutes and after-school activities.

• Real-time Location Tracking — Check your child's current location in real-time on a map

• View Route — Review the day's movement history on a map

• Safe Zone Notifications — Notify you of arrival or departure from frequently visited locations such as home, school, or after-school classes

• Missed Arrival Notifications — Notify the guardian if the child does not arrive at the safe zone by a set time

• SOS Emergency Notifications — Immediately notify the guardian if the child sends an SOS

• Find Device — Make the child's device ring to help locate it

• Manage Multiple Children — Manage multiple children's devices together in one app

[How to Use]

1. Install iTrace and log in with your Google account.

2. Generate an invitation code in iTrace.

3. Install iLog (Galaxy Watch) or iLogMobile (Smartphone) on your child's device and link them using the invitation code.

4. Once the linking is complete, you can check your child's location and notifications in iTrace.

[Privacy]

• Location information is used solely for family linking (guardian-child) purposes and is securely encrypted and processed.

• It is designed to be used with the consent and awareness of the child (guardian), and a notification indicating that location sharing is in progress is always displayed on the child's device (it does not secretly track).
