This is perhaps the worst loan app. 30k was shown for disbursement with 1,100 interest. Only for me to get 19,000 as loan, while 10,000 service charge was deducted along with 1,100 interest. Where is this done. I want to return the money but there are no avenues. Am going to the NDIC . I have screen shots of the transactions. Take your money back or I won't pay. Stop taking us for a ride. You're a bunch of cheats. Why hide the details until the payment was done.

Before proceeding with the loan, the agreement clearly stated that I would receive 4,000 and repay 4,280, with 280 being the interest. However, after I clicked Proceed, only 2,480 was disbursed to me. Can you please explain why 2,000 was deducted as interest or charges? That is far more than the agreed 280 interest.
