Keep a record of your daily blood pressure in a format you can take to your doctor's appointment.
This is a simple blood pressure log for those who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and told to "measure your blood pressure daily."
Simply enter the measured values. It automatically calculates the average for both morning and evening readings, and you can take it to your next appointment as a single PDF.
■ Input is as simple as typing numbers on the keyboard.
When you open the app, the input screen appears immediately. The number keyboard is also open.
Enter your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rates, then click "Record." That's all.
There's no dial or scroll-based number selection method. Since it's something you do twice a day, we opted for the fastest method.
■ Morning and Evening Averages
In Japan, the basic method for home blood pressure measurement is to "measure blood pressure twice a day, morning and evening, and use the average."
This app uses the same counting method. If you input twice in the same morning, the record, graph, and PDF will automatically display the average.
The day's cutoff is not midnight, but "the start of morning" (default setting is 2 AM).
Records taken at 1 AM are counted as part of the previous night's data. The time interval can be changed in the settings;
Changing it will recount past records using the new interval.
■ Graphs:
You can choose from 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or all periods. There is no upper limit on the period.
The two lines are clearly separated: the upper line (systolic) is red, and the lower line (diastolic) is blue.
You can zoom in by pinching. A line indicating the 135/85 threshold for home blood pressure is also included.
■ A single sheet to bring to your doctor's appointment
Select a period and press "Create PDF for consultation" to generate an A4 portrait PDF.
・Large-format displays of morning average, evening average, and overall average
・Table summarizing morning and evening data by date on a single line
・Values exceeding 135/85 are shown in bold
・If the period does not fit on one page, the page will automatically advance to the second and third pages.
You can send it directly via email or message, or print it.
■ Your Data is Yours
• No account registration is required.
• Records are saved on your device.
• When changing devices, data is transferred using Android's standard backup.
• You can also save and move the backup as a file using "Export Backup".
• You can open it in Excel or Google Sheets using "Export as CSV".
Importing data adds it to existing records, so your current records will not be deleted.
■ About Ads
This app is free and displays ads.
• One banner ad at the bottom of the record, graph, and settings screens.
• One video ad when "Create PDF for Medical Examination" (this is indicated on the button).
• No ads are displayed on the input screen.
Google AdMob is used for ad delivery. For ad display purposes, an ad identifier, device information, and a rough location estimated from your IP address are sent to Google.
Recorded blood pressure values will not be used for advertising.
