Asking for update but no update in play store. Can't get into apps Fix it fast

The wallet is useless, foxy. It's name Islamic Wallet, so that we are interested to this wallet but its not helpul, not convenience, it is not user friendly. I have sign up but now didn't sign in. Wallet team tempo blocked me & didn't support from team. Several times I've called to 16434, but the call didn't go to this number.

I opened an account few days earlier, added some cash from my bank acc. Then suddenly I needed the wallet for some work and it shows I have to update the app. Then I went to update the app it shows my phone isn't compatible for this device but I just installed the app like few days earlier. What should I do now?
