Ratings and reviews

Fails to pull up the icare water monitor on many occasions. Email to company always states there was something not working from their end. Constant notifications are just repeat automated statements. Keeps telling me to filter more, but my filter runs 24/7. It is not the best product and app is just okay.

Ph sensor failed in a few months. Calibration kit is extremely expensive for what you get. And it likes to lose connection. Overall, just a bad product. Idea is good, execution is terrible. Not reliable at all. I spent over $500 to learn this lesson. Don't make my mistake.

Have had this device just over a year. Will not hold a charge, tired to email support no answer. Yellow light blinks when you first plug it in, will not charge. Customer service was excellent in fixing this issue!!!

What’s new

- Allow device calibration even without a Bluetooth connection, and even from an account that is not the device owner's.
