About this app

IWS VSA is a way for our members to stay connected and up-to-date on their Vehicle Service Agreements. Check contract information for accuracy, get claim status with push notifications, find nearby repair facilities, and have questions answered by our professional Member Services department.

Get started using the contract Declaration page you received in the mail from IWS. Scan the QR code or enter your contract number and last name. You will then be logged in and presented with an overview of your contract information and claims. If allowed, the app will receive push notifications about claims status changes.

This app is great for keeping track of the warranty on my car. I can see my claim status when it's in the shop for repairs, view my terms and conditions so I know exactly what is covered or not without having to dig around and contact IWS directly if I have any questions. The and with the cool location search, it will even show me gps map locations to my nearest repair facility. Amazing!

App doesn't show my contact number on Android phone or tablet. On Apple devices, it does show up. Please fix!
