app is easy to use and the hardware was also fairly simple to install, mounting a piece of plywood to the wall made the insulation process much simpler. The only issue I have which I'm hoping that a software update will address is that where I live has a summer electricity rate and a winter electric rate and the app only allows you to enter rates for a given day but not for a given month.

Makes being able to track so many data points easy. Can also change charging Amps right from app if needed. I wish there were 2 improvements: 1.) show time charging vs time plugged in (for those who plug in and let it run overnight to see how long the charge took instead of how long the cable was connected), 2.) enable push notifications instead of just in app notifications.

the app works 50% of the time. I can be 5 inches away and it will just sit at a loading screen. Other times I can be miles away and it will connect. I have rebooted my phone. forced stopped the app. Cleared cache and uninstalled/reinstalled and get the same issue.

Thank you for your feedback. Our app connects via cloud services, so distance does not affect connection. Bluetooth is only used during setup. The issue is usually related to local network conditions. Please try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If it continues, contact support. We are working to improve stability.
