Bad user experience, the colors are off, why use dark text in dark mode, a dark navigation menu in light mode and a light navigation menu in dark mode, like are you guys kidding us, the app fails accessibility test, biometrics aren't working, now I have to remember all the lots of pin codes and passwords you require when setting up... This was supposed to be simpler than the previous version of the app.

The app lags and gives an out of service error and it takes forever to register. Even after you register it will still request you to register every time you want to use it. this app is a downgrade from the previous one. i am honestly thinking of switching banks because the first banking app was the best experience about banking with IZB.
