every time I make a deposit I am debited but not credited, and now I have to always message customer care and they take their time to respond, it's getting frustrating, for my last 3 transactions I have had to message customer care before I could see my deposit, and now it's the same thing again, honestly if this doesn't improve this would be my last transaction with izichange 😔😔

I tried to send money using this app and they deducted the money and the transaction never went through. till today I haven't received my money back
