Make life easier for yourself when using electrical vehicle to travel with the IZIVIA app. Whether or not you have a subscription, you can access the whole IZIVIA network to charge your electric car, wherever you are!

In total, more than 500,000 charging points, including all charging points in France (more than 100,000), are within your reach!
Designed to meet the needs of daily users or anyone curious about electric cars, charge up with simple, intuitive features so you can get on the road with complete peace of mind: Geolocation of charging points, simplified payment, consumption tracking, filters to find terminals that are compatible with your vehicle... Enjoy an easy mobility experience, accessible without any conditions at all terminals, throughout France and Europe!

Features designed to make your journey easier:
• Find where you are on the map using geolocation to identify your nearby charging points;
• Check the availability of charging points at a glance on the map;
• Get directions to your chosen charging point;
• Station details with all the info you need (prices, opening times, types of cable etc.);
• Filter and save your preferences so you only see compatible charging points or receive alerts when a charging point becomes available;
• Already plugged in? Start your charging session directly from the app, using your dematerialize Izivia card, or by paying with your bank card;
• Receive notifications about your charging sessions, your favorites chargers, bookings etc.
• View your consoles' history and pay your invoices from your mobile
• Manage your Passes and plans from “My Account”.

Can't log in or create account. Pay now option at the charger does not work. Useless.

I tried to charge my car twice, both unsuccessful, yet I lost 100 EUR for nothing. They are overcomplicating your experience without subscription slavery intentionally and getting your money for whatever they need. UX of the app and web is total trash, no support, no feedback, nothing. Hopefully I would never need to use izivia charging stations ever in my life. Stuff like that should be extinct. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

France is way behind compared to other European countries when it comes to E-Mobility. Charging you e-vehicle in France is a hassle. Many stations that don't work (even if the app says they do!). Incompatibility issues. You need apps for everything, etc... Very disappointment and will not come back for sure with my e-car.
