About this app

Izzychat is Izzyplan's chat on your mobile phone. It brings the team's daily conversations to the same place where the work happens: projects, tasks, and tickets.

TEAM CONVERSATIONS
- Private conversations with colleagues, groups, and channels by team
- Read receipts, "typing" notification, and presence status (online, busy, away)
- Conversation search, unread counter, and a tab just for pending messages

CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Service queue by area, with "assign" and "finalize" options
- Customer history gathered in a single conversation, service after service
- Tickets created or associated without leaving the conversation

MESSAGES
- Images and files up to 10 MB
- Reply to a specific message, forward, copy, and delete for everyone
- Archive conversations that have gone offline

WORKS OFFLINE
Izzychat saves conversations on the device. You open the app and read everything instantly, even without a signal — and what you write offline goes into a queue and automatically uploads when the connection returns. Nothing gets lost in the elevator, on the subway, or in that room without coverage.

NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications on your phone even with the app closed, with sound and control per conversation. You choose what you want to receive, and tapping the notification opens directly to the correct conversation.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
If you manage more than one company on Izzyplan, switch between them without leaving your account.
