The BPR App allows you to listen to BPR News and WCQS, pause and rewind the live audio and view the program schedules all at once. You can explore On Demand content and wake up to Blue Ridge Public Radio with the alarm clock.

Update!! Super swift technical support resolved the issue expeditiously! It is now the app I have always loved and listened to. Thank you so much for fixing the trouble I was experiencing. I did not expect that! 🩵 This used to be a great app, but now it doesn't stay open due to all the live streaming promotions. It brings up an error message to wait or close.... so aggravating when driving!

Blue Ridge Public Radio mobile. it's great to have access to the news and classic on my phone. Their content is always great and thoughtful and well presented. The app (Android) is a bit glitchy sometimes but a relaunch always gets it going again. In this day and age, I'd rather they focus on getting the news and info out there rather than focusing on improving an app with a few glitches. So... I give a 5!

Content needs to be updated on a more frequent basis. There seems to be lots of starts and stops with programming even with a constant signal through the carrier there are periods of dead air and in some cases with certain programs they will stop and start over again several times. This is after updates and clearing any cache. still the same problems but the app continues to freeze up on a semi-regular basis. this happens with three different devices on three different operating systems.
