Been struggling with the new web based app for a couple years now. It crashes constantly when trying to deposit checks and it looks circa 2009. I love the people at unibank but this is unbearable. I don't want to, but I'm going to have to move all my accounts to a different bank. Edit- uninstalled and reinstalled. Also changed to standard theme. Still looks like it was made by nintendo 1985. Upped to 2 stars. Update- 1 star. Going with different bank. App crashes every time I try to deposit

Thanks for taking the time to comment Dustin - we certainly desire to provide a better experience. A temporary check deposit issue yesterday has been resolved. Try the Theme Switcher option, which allows you to change the default "tiles" mode to more of a standard left-side menu - does that look better to you? Thank you for banking at UniBank!

I don't have any issues with the layout of the app (Outside of it being slightly dated) but the way signing in works is so unbelievably tedious. Every single time I use it, I have to re-enter my password & awnser the security questions. Additionally, if you mess up even once, it sends a notice directly to your email I appreciate the safety, but it'd be cool if I could check my balance without sitting there typing and waiting for two minutes

Thanks for taking the time to comment Peter. To make sign-in easier, try going into the Service Center > Fingerprint to setup your the Fingerprint security for login. This should help. If not, please give our Customer Care Center a call at 800.578.4270 and we'll try to assist. Thanks!

The app always crashes and there is always an issue that states the " System incurred an unexpected error" and you can't even get to the tiles ... Because the last update now forces you to use the Quick Balance even after you hide it ... The screen stays locked and yes ... Crashes. BOA, Chase & Santander ... Never an issue ... Unibank great customer service, great people ... Just a horrible app.

Vinny: We're sorry to hear of your issues. The next time you log on, try the Theme Switcher option to change to "standard" mode. Maybe that will help with the issue. Fast Balances is not required - you can disable it in the Service Center. The Customer Contact Center at 800.578.4270 will be glad to assist you. Thanks for banking at UniBank!
