Sometimes the app glitches and it won't let you log in, but it's not an all the time thing. I really like that they brought fingerprint log in back with this recent update. You can do transfers, view all your accounts, and even submit checks all from the app it's super useful. Wish I could do 4.5 just for the glitches instead of 4 but I can't.

I don't have any issues with the layout of the app (Outside of it being slightly dated) but the way signing in works is so unbelievably tedious. Every single time I use it, I have to re-enter my password & awnser the security questions. Additionally, if you mess up even once, it sends a notice directly to your email I appreciate the safety, but it'd be cool if I could check my balance without sitting there typing and waiting for two minutes

This app used to be great... Now, ever since the last update it's been the worst and I've Uninstalled it. I've had this app for a very long time. Very disappointed. I saw another comment similar to what my problem is about logging in and the password disappearing. Solution was, use the fingerprint option. I'm not comfortable with my fingerprints being put on the internet. Why can't I just log on normally?

SD: There is a fix underway for the login issue - timing still TBD. We've found if you turn off the Remember Me option, that logins are consistently successful.
