About this app

Take paradiddle(singles/doubles) exercises to the next level with this app. Printable snare drum sheet music. Stick Control exercises.

Create a random series of accented and unaccented singles/doubles, or customize with your own sticking patterns, odd time signatures(5/8, 6/8, 7/8, 4/4), and rhythmic subdivisions(sixteenths, quintuplets, sixteenth note triplets, septuplets).

Listen to, save, email/print the exercise(s).

The default version of the exercise will be 'random' singles/doubles. You can enter your own sticking patterns that will be randomly placed within the composition, and also setup any subdivision and/or time signature sequences.

Choose between different click and snare samples. Practice by playing along with the app, or with the metronome of your choosing. Improve your drumming vocabulary with quintuplets and septuplets.

In-app purchase options are available to permanently extend the length of the composition to: 4,8,12,16, and 20 measures.

Very useful for sight-reading and chop-building exercises. Sticking notation is too close between groupings, otherwise very useful. Improvements I would like to see would be dropboxes for specifying numbers of accents, doubles, triples, quads, etc. So far a terrific training resource for daily use.

thanks!. I guess I'm stuck in my own bubble with this thing because the only stuff I ever work on with this app is looping different sticking patterns over different subdivisions(will post a video to the fb page soon). Are you actually using this with the randomized sticking a lot? thanks again.

What’s new

several crash fixes, a couple of memory management fixes, and a fix to properly loop if there is a partial quintuplet or septuplet at the end of the exercise.
