This app takes your money right out of your account for deposits and states all withdrawals are reviewed in 24 hours. Requested a withdrawl and after 3 days it was canceled and I was never informed. Logged in to see what was going on and had to rerequest the withdrawal. I called after 24 hours and asked what was going on and was told "we will put a note in to get approved" 3 days later I am still trying to get my money withdrawn. Stay away from this app. They make u wait weeks for your money.

This game is totally a scam don't deposit any money if your from Philly!!! I made the mistake of doing it back in July and I'm still trying to get it back !!!!!! They took it out of my account in 2 minutes but I still can't get it off the app 😫 crazy right!!! And I'm with Lee W I never got my lottery ticket either!!! Horrible Scam. I deposited $25 and won $108 but they won't let me withdraw. Initial request for withdrawal to debit card (The only option that came up) was cancelled after 6 days with no explanation. Only that the withdrawal was "unsuccessful". There is no customer service at all. E-mails go unanswered. No way to contact. The only option that comes up for withdrawal now is cash at casino even though my bank account is linked, and debit cards and credit cards are available for deposits. SCAM
