KSeF Mobile Monitor is an application for conveniently monitoring, downloading, and sending invoices from KSeF.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Create a company profile. Enter your Tax Identification Number (NIP) and KSeF token. Select the report time. Select a date range and check your invoices. Enable email notifications or reports. If necessary, configure automatic sending of new PDF invoices.

The application can support more than one profile/company. Each profile can have its own Tax Identification Number (NIP), KSeF token, report time, notification settings, and email configuration.

DATA AND PRIVACY
Profile data, application settings, and local report history are stored on the user's device. The application uses the data only for functions enabled by the user, such as communicating with KSeF, preparing reports, and sending emails via a configured SMTP server.

KSeF Mobile Monitor is not an official application of the Ministry of Finance or the National Revenue Administration and does not represent any government entity. The application is primarily intended for users supporting Polish entities using the KSeF system, and all information about the KSeF system should be verified on the official websites:
