A human resources platform for establishments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and cash advances from one place, primarily in Arabic.
Attendance: Record attendance and departure by location. The location is read the moment the button is pressed and is not tracked in the background. Features include break times, shifts extending past midnight, and automatic dismissal for those who forget. Attendance records are filtered by date and status, and working hours and overtime are calculated for each period.
Leave: Various types of leave with balances and carryover, and multi-level approval paths that record who approved and when. A date conflict detection feature prevents conflicting requests. Annual leave increases from 21 to 30 days after five years of continuous service, as per Article 109.
Payroll: Payroll cycles from draft to final release for employees. Payroll statements showing allowances, deductions, and net pay, with social security deductions calculated on each statement. Export bank transfer files. The deduction limit is 50% of the salary, as per Article 93, with any excess being carried over to the following month. Overtime pay is increased by at least 50% according to Article 107. End-of-service benefits are calculated differently for resignation and contract termination according to Articles 84-87.
Cash Advances: Each employee has a cash advance with a sequential balance. Disbursements require double confirmation before affecting the balance. Receipts are issued with supporting documentation, and receipt data is read from a photo with human review before saving.
Administration: A manager's dashboard displays attendance, absence, lateness, and leave. A single approval queue manages leave, attendance corrections, and pay adjustments. Announcements and reports are exported in Excel and PDF formats, and a complete audit log tracks who changed what and when.
Platform: Arabic and English are available in all interfaces and generated documents. The Saudi work week runs from Sunday to Thursday. Permissions are based on role. iOS and Android applications are available. A separate database is provided for each client, and data is hosted in the Oracle Data Center in Riyadh with off-site nighttime backups.
