a service its own, or change it on a single booking. Kohl works out what's owed on every booking and keeps track of it. When someone's behind, one tap opens a message that's already written - polite, specific, and ready to send.

Weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or monthly. Book six appointments at once, then move or cancel any single one without disturbing the rest.


TURN A TEXT INTO A BOOKING

Paste what your client actually sent you - "hey! bridal trial on the 12th sept,
afternoon if poss?" - and Kohl fills in the booking form. It reads the name, the
service, the date and the time. You check it and confirm.


REMINDERS THAT WORK WITHOUT SIGNAL

A summary of tomorrow, sent the evening before at a time you choose. A nudge before each appointment. Both set by your own phone rather than sent from a server, so they arrive whether you've got reception or not.


TAKE REQUESTS WITHOUT A WEBSITE

Share your service list and prices as a message, or show a QR code that opens one addressed to you. Clients send you what they'd like. You confirm, move it, or say no. Nothing books itself behind your back.

Your clients' names, numbers, photos and notes live on your device and nowhere else. There's no server holding your client book, which means nobody else can leak it, lose it, or shut it down.

That does mean a lost phone is a lost book - so there's a one-tap backup you can save wherever you keep things safe.
