Will edit this rating in the future, first impression was yea okay i get it my location is too far from you guys, so ima wait until you are available near my place. That and i found a bug, where i did the signup procedure, i had my acc, restarted the app and cant login again due to me having a very hard time to locate the sign in button, while the app kept asking me to sign up again. So yeah. 3/5 for now.

The Jago as a company did a very well job in reaching out customers and selling their products. I can't even use the apps as i am stuck in failed to update customer data while asked to fill my name. Reinstall the apps did not solve any. Yet when i'm buying and the sales representative ask my number, they could use it on their apps to get my energy point while mine can't.

Nice app and good reward point system. But app still got bugs, it crashed when change password. Also changing password required to have current password which we don't know because registration only using phone number and otp. Trying to change profile picture also nothing happened, neither choosing take picture or from gallery. Please fix the bugs to have much better experienced on using the apps.
