How the app works:

1) Specify your city and area.

2) Choose the type of service, write a description of the problem, add photos and your address so the service provider has a complete picture.

3) You will receive one or more offers from available tradespeople. Each offer will specify the inspection fee, the initial repair estimate, and the arrival time.

4) Compare the offers and accept the one that suits you best. The service provider's contact information will then be displayed.

5) Track the work progress step by step, then confirm completion and rate the service provider.
