Smart Academy - Students (In-Person Program)

Smart Academy - Students is an unofficial app, independently developed by a student, that allows you to manage your academic training from your cell phone, quickly and without needing to access the website through a browser.

This app is designed exclusively for active, in-person Smart Academy students with a user account on Schoolpack, the institution's official platform. It is not affiliated with, developed by, or endorsed by Smart Training Society S.A.S.

With the app you can:

🏠 HOME
See your next class at a glance: day and time.

Review your weekly summary: classes taken and hours studied.

Set a weekly goal for classes and build your streak of completed weeks, with visual tracking of your consistency.

📅 CLASS SCHEDULING
Schedule a new class by choosing your course, day, and available time.

The app prevents you from scheduling two classes at the same time you've already requested.

Check your upcoming scheduled classes and your history from the last 30 days.

Cancel a scheduled class whenever you need to.

Receive a reminder notification a few hours before each scheduled class, giving you plenty of time to cancel if you can't attend.

📚 CLASS REVIEW
Review topics covered in class by language and level (A1 to C1 in English), with links to videos and online practice for each topic.

💳 FINANCIAL INFORMATION
View your outstanding payments and their due dates.
Review your payment history.

Pay directly from the app: a button takes you to the academy's website to complete your payment.

📄 CONTRACT INFORMATION
View your contracted hours, hours already taken, and the percentage of progress in your study plan, as well as its expiration date.

👤 PROFILE
View your personal information registered with the academy. Change your password securely.

Recover your password if you've forgotten it.

Customize the app's colors to your liking.

💡 SUGGESTIONS
Send suggestions to the academy and track their status directly from the app.

🔐 LOGIN
Save your username if you wish, for faster login next time without having to re-enter it.

All your academic, financial, and contract information is accessed directly from Schoolpack, the official platform of Smart Training Society S.A.S., and belongs to the institution.
