Desdel is Delivnic's mobile app for delivery and courier services. Organize your daily operations without paperwork or cluttered chat groups: create orders, assign them to your couriers, and track each delivery until it reaches the customer.
WHO IS IT FOR?
• Owners and managers of local courier or delivery services
• Co-managers who help manage the agency
• Couriers (motorcycle drivers) who receive and complete deliveries
SECURE LOGIN
Log in with your Google account (Gmail). You don't need to remember another password. Each person only sees what's relevant to them: the agency dashboard or the courier's order list.
ADMINISTRATION PANEL
• Create orders with origin, destination, customer information, phone number, and amount in Nicaraguan cordobas (C$)
• Assign each order to an available or on-duty delivery driver
• Check the status of all orders: pending, package received, en route, or delivered
• Delivered orders are displayed separately so you can quickly distinguish between active and closed orders
• Invite delivery drivers and co-administrators using their Gmail addresses They just need to install the app and log in.
• Manage your team from settings: view the list, edit information, or remove those who no longer work with you.
• Copy your agency ID when you need it for support or setup.
DRIVER PANEL
• See all your assigned orders in a clear list.
• Mark progress with a tap: received → en route → delivered.
• Activate or deactivate "I'm on duty" to indicate if you can receive new deliveries.
• Open order details, call the customer, or open WhatsApp from the registered phone.
• Receive notifications when you are assigned a new order (if you enable phone notifications).
REGISTERING NEW AGENCY
If you are opening an agency for the first time, register with Google and use the invitation code provided by Delivnic. This helps us keep the service organized and secure for all agencies.
AGENCY SUBSCRIPTION
Your agency can have a validity period or subscription managed by Delivnic. If your access is about to expire or is suspended, the app will notify you so you can renew and continue operating without interruption.

The app does not use your GPS location or access your contacts, photos, or microphone. It only uses the data necessary to manage deliveries and your account.
