Worst matrimonial customer verification Experience. They will ask for verification through phone call which rarely gets connected. If it gets connected then you are compelled to interact with Human Robots, who will ask questions which you just filled in at registration. During verification if a single letter is wrong they will reject your profile. Worst ever Customer Service Experience. Not recommended. Uninstalled the App.

Very bad customer care representive behaviour and its been only a one day after create a profile to explore the app but they keep calling you everyday for subscribe the premium one. even didn't get otp for login again. thanks.

Really the worst services ever. I have raised complaint. And it's more than a month no one calls back. And when we calls for complaint they always told that they will call you back but again no one calls you back . They always calls to take the membership but after buying it, they forgot you. They have time to call you for membership but never calles to solve your problem and services . Really a very bad experience.
