It takes forever to get sms alerts and email is even worse. This is absolutely terrible. The latest update is a disaster. I was so frustrated yesterday when I couldn't pay for anything because when you get to the bank selection stage the app crashes and begins all over again from sign in. It was horrible. I had to download a previous version before I could make transfers. Just awful. Please test your apps before deploying them to the store.

Jaiz Mobile plus is an easy to use all in one banking app. It is safe, secure and convenient. But this update is preventing me from making ttansfers. Kindly check and rectify

This app hasn't been updated for almost a year now. It has been OK so far, until it started recording all transactions (including CREDITS) as RED. Furthermore, it has stopped generating receipts. I believe the app is in dire need of an update, even for security reasons. Upgrade the UI, add a dark mode, add statement generation, add forex rates, and so on. I hope these problems are not the effects of a hack due to the app's stagnation. I hope our moneys are safe.
