It's really awesome and has been really helpful because it comes in handy. I really commend the bank though I have some observations that might be helpful to further develop the app towards perfection: 1. Please remove the login by fingerprint option (due to security purposes). 2. The balance option should be hidden unless otherwise requested by the user Currently, the balance shows by default.

Very moderate to some extent. The only issue with it is that somtimes you would be having credit in your account but it would take days before it reflects. And secondly, you cant view a full reciept of your recent transactions, tou can only do that immediately after the transaction, once you close that page without saving the reciept, you cannot view the reciept again. You can only see the highlight of your transaction and the funds transferred.

As for the receipt for your transactions, you can always view this in your email.

Terrible It almost always generates an error message when trying to complete a transaction, which is beyond annoying. History doesn't give full details of transaction or the account balance after each transaction. Also please include the option to automatically generate statement of account. Generally the app needs improvement
