The app is overall great but needs some improvement. For example, when I already paid the ticket with QRIS, the app stuck at QR Code. It should have show the ticket you already purchased. Also please add another payment method such as Gopay, Dana, and Credit/Debit Card

dear team develop and produtc, please improve your apps. Your apps failed to release ticket while my payment successfully. For ticket handle issue no feedback. Please improve this business also for your ui and ux , make it better like feature can choose station. Your recommendation from search journey just take time also can't matches right destination. Please let the user make decision to choose itself.

generating a QR code shouldn't be this hard, and it seems like im not alone in this quest 😬 reached out to the helpdesk team on IG and they keep giving me the same useless advice—change the PIN, reinstall, repeat. 3 days later, still stuck. best of luck to the developers on this bug hunt 💪
