JALSEWA is a digital platform developed to help existing consumers conveniently manage non-government water distribution services through a secure and user-friendly application.

Developed and operated by Katlicherra Water Supply and Sanitation Society, JALSEWA enables registered consumers to access essential service features conveniently.

Secure Payments

The application does not sell digital goods, digital content, or digital subscriptions.

Privacy & Security

User information is collected and processed for providing and managing water services.

The application uses cloud infrastructure for service operations and data management. Payment information is processed by the payment service provider and sensitive payment credentials are not stored by JALSEWA.
