About this app
JamaBook (Jama Book) is a daily collection app for pigmy agents, daily finance lenders, chit fund collectors and loan collection agents. Record daily kisht, weekly and monthly EMI collection, send WhatsApp receipts and manage your collection agents from one app.
JamaBook does not give loans. It is a bookkeeping app for your own collection business.
WORKS OFFLINE
Collect money even when there is no network. Every receipt is saved on the phone first and synced to the cloud when internet comes back. Lost or changed your phone? Log in with the same mobile number and your full data is restored.
DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY KISHT (INSTALLMENT)
Create a loan with principal, number of installments and installment amount. The app shows interest, total payable and all due dates. Daily kisht, weekly kisht, monthly EMI and interest only loans are supported. Penalty for missed installments is calculated for you.
DAILY COLLECTION LIST
See which customers are due today in your daily collection list, who is overdue and how much is collected so far. Tap a customer, enter the amount, done.
WHATSAPP AND PDF RECEIPTS
Send a receipt to the customer on WhatsApp in one tap. No SMS credits needed. Print the receipt or save it as PDF.
AGENT APP
Add your collection agents by mobile number. Each agent collects from their own phone and the owner sees everything in one place: collection by agent, outstanding and overdue.
REPORTS AND BACKUP
Daily collection report, outstanding report, overdue customers and profit on closed loans. Export your data to Excel (CSV) any time. Your data is backed up automatically.
