Important Notes

• Temp Mail is designed for receiving emails only. Sending emails from disposable addresses is not supported.
• Temporary email addresses expire automatically. Once expired, an address and its emails cannot be recovered. Please create a new address when your current one is close to expiration.

> How long do temporary email addresses last?
Each inbox remains active for 3 hours by default. With a PRO membership, you can extend this period up to 24 hours. Once expired, all messages are automatically deleted.

> Can I send emails from my temporary address?
Temporary email addresses are designed for receiving emails only. Sending outgoing emails is not supported to help prevent misuse and maintain service reliability.

> Can I recover a deleted or expired email address?
Unfortunately, once an email address expires, it cannot be recovered. However, with PRO membership you get extended inbox lifetimes and can keep your addresses active much longer.

> How do I receive emails?
Once you create a temporary email address, any emails sent to that address will appear in your inbox automatically. If you think you've missed an email, try refreshing the inbox, or contact us.

> Is my data private and secure?
Yes, we take privacy seriously. Your temporary emails are not linked to your personal identity, and all data is automatically deleted when your email address expires.
