I am trying to add money in jameel wallet but its not adding when I am try to add its show me error I created a ticket in support team but they are not responding any bodies know how to resolve my problem. at the moment rightnow I can't accept rides because of low balence

Excellent application, payments are very clear, customer service and captain service too good. only one disadvantage pickup point some times goes more than 8 km and 15 minutes time travel. Upon reaching clients cancelling trips make disappointed and there will be no charges deducted from client. 2nd long distance pickup or dropoff return charges must add at least for covering fuel expenses.

before i can make 5 star without thinking it was one of the best captain apps now if there is less then one star i would make it , i was going to put 50 ryials in my wallet and by mistake i made 500 riyals i called support for more then 2 years they keep telling me they will give it back and they didnt and now they stop to answer so if u have any issue u are by ur self they wont help u , worst app worst support dont download there is better options .
