I am constantly ordering on jane. I also buy majority of my Christmas gifts on jane as well. But for the past month every time I try and open the app, it tells me my session has expired, to log in again, but it doesn't let me and just keeps flashing. Tried uninstalling the app and installing again, didn't fix the issue. Now I can't use the app at all.

I really like this app, the goods are very nice and are decently priced. Recently, lots of the stores on the site have gone to free shipping, which is competitive and great for me too. One issue is, the items are unique so be prepared to buy asap or chances are they'll be gone, especially sizes M-L, but I check back all the time. Also very cute earrings, necklaces, fun items..

I've used this app for a couple years now. I love it! Bought quite a few things, never any problems. Recently it stopped opening on my phone. Despite multiple reinstalls, it seems I can no longer use it. Maybe the recent update messed something up? *Update: not sure what changed, but it is now opening just fine and I can spend way too much time shopping on my phone once again 🤷

We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with the app. You can try to restart your device and also clear the cache for the app. If that doesn’t help, please contact us at support@jane.com so we can further assist you. We also do have an update coming out soon with some fixes and maybe that will help.
