Two mages. One maze. One way out.
aMAZEment is a real-time maze race for two players on one phone. Lay the phone flat on a table, sit at either end, and go. The maze is generated fresh every match, and the first player to reach the exit wins. There is only one exit, and it never moves.
YOU GLIDE, YOU DON'T STEP
Once you start moving you keep sliding until a wall stops you. Timing your turns matters as much as picking the right route.
FIFTEEN SPELLS, THREE SCHOOLS
📘 Blue reshapes the maze itself. Vector Spin twists the walls ahead of your rival, Dead End seals off their corridor, Earthquake shuffles the whole area around them.
📒 Yellow bends movement and mana. Speed yourself up, slow your rival down, throttle their mana, or scramble their controls.
📕 Red is pure sabotage. Drain their mana, lock their spellcasting, steal a card straight out of their hand, or teleport them further from the exit.
Cards lie scattered across the maze and reveal only their school. Glide over one to draw a random spell. You can hold three at a time.
WHEN THERE IS NO WAY OUT
A shifting wall can cut you off from the exit completely. An Escape Card is then forced into your hand to blast a way through, at the cost of all your mana and a long lockout.
EVERY MATCH IS A NEW MAZE
The labyrinth is rebuilt before every match, so there is nothing to memorise. Board size is adjustable from small and fast to large and tense.
TUTORIAL
An eight-step interactive tutorial walks you through your first game: the controls, collecting cards, and casting spells.
WHO IT IS FOR
A fast local multiplayer game for two that needs only one device. No second phone, no online match, no taking turns — a 1v1 mage duel where you both play at once, in real time. Good for journeys, waiting rooms, and an evening with a friend.
FREE, NO ADS, OFFLINE
No account, no sign-up, no ads, no data collected. The game works with no internet and no wifi.
WHAT ELSE IS IN THERE
A name and a colour for each player. Board sizes from 9x9 to 29x29. The Chronicles tell the story of the Labyrinth, and the Grimoire lists every spell.
