WorkZone - Field Management helps field teams plan jobs on a satellite map, assign workers, track progress, and export reports — from one mobile app.

Whether you run a small crew or a multi-branch company, WorkZone turns geographic work sites into clear, actionable plans your team can follow in the field.

BUILT FOR REAL FIELD WORK

Owners get a full view of company work areas, branches, members, and reports. Managers see and manage work scoped to their branch. Workers see only the jobs assigned to them and can complete, pause, and document their work on site.

Solo users can use WorkZone in individual mode — draw your own areas, track your jobs, and export reports without a company account.

WORK ZONES THAT STAY CLEAR

Each work area includes a name, description, priority, and estimated duration. Hazard zones are labeled on the map so crews know what is underground before they start. Status labels — Completed, Paused, In Progress and Unassigned — keep everyone aligned without phone calls back to the office.

REPORTS WHEN YOU NEED THEM

Generate work-zone PDFs with a map snapshot, hazard table, and completion details. Export worker and branch performance reports for monthly reviews — share via your device’s standard share sheet.

GETTING STARTED

1. Create an account or join your company with an invite code
2. Draw a work area on the map
3. Assign your team and add hazard markers if needed
4. Track completion in the field
5. Export reports when the job is done

WorkZone is designed for construction, landscaping, forestry, agriculture, utilities, and any team that needs map-based job planning and field coordination.

You can delete your profile or specific work data from Settings. For account deletion or data requests, visit our delete-account page or contact support.
