Jano is the world's first artificial intelligence all-in-one platform. There, organizations can:

- manage goals and OKRs: establish and monitor your goals and main metrics of success, in quantitative and qualitative indicators, making correction plans for when the accomplishment deviates from what was planned. Also follow your projects (using the “Waterfall” methodology or using agile methodologies) analyzing the status of all actions in a unified way

- perform performance evaluation: define questionnaires and evaluation formats (90º, 180º, leaders and subordinates, consensus, committee). Analyze who stands out the most and which assessment items should be developed because they are below average. Follow the evolution of people in a performance matrix (“9-box”) and then be able to give and receive feedback based on assessment or spontaneous and build individual development plans
