am extremely frustrated with this app. When I saved ₹1000, ₹70 was deducted within 24 hours without any prior notice or explanation (hidden charges). I initially thought it might be a technical glitch, so I trusted the app again and added ₹4500 yesterday. However, another ₹300 was deducted, and now my balance is stuck, and I am unable to withdraw any funds. This app is completely unsafe. They are deducting hard-earned money without any reason, and the withdrawal option is not working at all.

The app is good overall, but there is a major issue. KYC is not required when depositing money, but it suddenly becomes mandatory during withdrawal. I tried completing my KYC multiple times, but I keep getting the same error that my document name does not match my account name. As a result, my funds have been stuck in the app for over a month. I have contacted customer support repeatedly on WhatsApp and requested to speak with a real executive, but I have received no response.

ATTENTION !!!! Guys there is one trick! I was also facing the same withdrawal problem for the last 1 week. But then I suddenly got a scheduled payment notification and I thought I should pause this. So I paused the payment and the withdrawal was available and I withdrew my money. But after taking 2 minutes it was showing the same bank server issue and said it will be credited in 3 days. But now in just under 20 minutes my money came. SO YOU GUYS TRY THIS IF IT WORKS !
