“I have been saving a certain amount every month for the past 10 months. When I tried to withdraw my full balance, I did not receive the entire amount; some money was deducted. This is very disappointing. Most banks and apps provide some percentage of interest on savings, but Jar did not give any interest and also deducted GST. I am not satisfied with this.”

This app is totally a scam. I had daily SIP during the fall of gold but when gold moved up I got less amount as compared to invested amount. Even if you withdraw your amount they cut 3% as gst are they buying physical gold or digital gold we are not sure. you can't track at what rate they bought gold and you can't find the average price of gold you bought on SIP basis. Stay away from this app guys.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. I saved my hard-earned money expecting it to be safe, but unexpected deductions happened without any proper explanation. Even more concerning, when the gold price increases, my balance does not increase accordingly, but whenever the gold price falls, the app immediately reduces my savings. This system is neither transparent nor fair. The withdrawal process is also frustrating, with delays and issues that make it difficult to access my own money.
