Boondocker Trailhead Companion helps you tune a Trailhead dulcimer guitar to D-A-D and start playing, without reading music.

Start Here is a five-minute guide:
• Meet your Trailhead
• Tune one string at a time (Bass D, Middle A, Melody D)
• Learn easy D, G, and A
• Play a first song with a slow metronome

After that, open Tuner anytime. It listens as you pluck, shows how close you are, and lights Bass D, Middle A, or Melody D when that is the note. Guided Tuning walks one string at a time and stops you if a string is an octave too high.

Also in the app:
• Chord charts for D, G, A, C, and Em
• A fretboard map of the diatonic neck
• Reference tones you can hear while you tune

The microphone is used only while the tuner is open. Pitch is analyzed on your device. Audio is never recorded or uploaded. There is no account.
