Not as efficient as last year. Can't upload photo from gallery. My submission always rejected but my payment got approved very fast. I can't even change the requirements requested. I have to go to SAMSAT for print my STNK. Whats the point if I still need to go to SAMSAT. The customer service not very helpfull either. Took too long to respond. Two days. Very frustrating.

Doesn't help at all, it says my registration can't be processed and i need to contact the number addressed in the app. And the funny thing is, none answered my calls and my message. Not even a bot answered. So what's the point of having this app? Or it can only process the recent years of registration, but not over 10 years or more? Totally disappointed, far from description.

Could be more efficient if you don't have to upload KTP, STNK, and selfie with KTP each time you want to get the payment code, then you still have to wait for several hours before the payment code finally issued. UI looks good, UX is so-so.
