It seems like phones, along with apps such as audible, pandora, and every other something to listen to program would have a sleep timer. I don't know why they don't. This app is easy to use. Set the time, start what you want to listen to, then tap the play arrow on the timer. It's easier than setting a sleep timer on my old tv.

I find this app effective and easy to use. Always had trouble with YouTube not going to sleep after a video, especially after an update, but this app has really saved my battery. I saw other reviews complaining about the ads, but I don't see any problem with them. They only pop up when you start the app, they're usually only still ads (not videos), and they never pop up during the video. So far, a positive experience.

I literally use this so much, it's become part of my nightly routine to use this along with my favorite YouTube ambience videos. I can sleep soundly knowing my Bluetooth will be turned off consistently. Also, I paid for the Pro version, and I love how you can set a specific clock time instead of doing timer mode. This is well worth the install
