Says I need to pay. Contacted developer and they said I needed to show proof of purchase... Sent a screenshot in email, what else do they want? They then said uninstall, reinstall and should work... Nope... Done with this developer

This is listed in my account as paid for but it wants be to pay again when I've been trying to apply it since getting my phone upgrade. Other themes have done this too. I've tried to apply it from the app and from the account list.
