You can now add any Player you want and see if you can make it work with the options provided. And most of them should work out of the box. Please note that some apps (especially the ones not sticking to any system standards) won't work, which is why this feature is considered experimental.

I am a single developer located in Austria. I programmed this app because I couldn't find any other widget that did what I wanted and also looked nice. Because I liked the widget so much, I decided to put some additional work into it and make it available to everyone via PlayStore. I have no interest in your personal data at all. This results in a pretty simple privacy policy,which is stated below and in the app (About-section).


As with all of my apps: Privacy matters!
This app does not collect data of any kind. No usage statistics, no user tracking, no ad profiles, nothing.

Ratings and reviews

Either Material Music Widget or Spotify updated but either way album art stopped displaying. I have tried everything including clearing the cache, all data, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app to fix it. It simply doesn't work anymore. I have got no choice but to go back to using the ugly Spotify widget. I paid for the full version as well when I first installed it. It's a shame really because it has worked really well for years until this month.

With spotify removing their widget this has been the best replacement i have found. Also quick dev response! Some improvements I'd like to see. I would like to see support for Podcast addict (not a music player) and I paid for the quick switch facility but dont seem to be able to use it, i cant see the icon to click. Some simple colour based customisation would be cool. Lastly, in the 4x1 bar config the pause button covers the album name sometimes, the text could do with being moved vertically

The app looks great, and I've been looking for a widget that supports multiple players. I'd happily pay for that functionality, but the app hasn't been updated in years. It loses the ability to control a player after a while, and there's no seek bar. The developer replied to another review, saying that the widget is being rewritten to work better, but there's been no update since. I'd love to support the developer, but it isn't clear if the widget has been abandoned.
