Biometric login is so finicky on whether or not it'll work. Password resets can't be done through the app.

works well but no provision for looking up full account/routing numbers

App is glitchy (constantly doesn't work, have to Uninstaller and reinstall), not user friendly. No free money transfer like ZELLE. They want to charge for every transaction when big banks offer same services free. I use USAA and JCB and USAA offer way more options and Free Zelle. JCB is a small town Bank with small town services, which is not always bad. Just not good when trying to bank in the modern high tech world and run a buisness. They are behind the times and it become very inconvenient.
