Access to the 4 000 Vélo’v and 348 stations ! Enjoy a new experience of bike-sharing and ride in a total freedom!

Ride a bike has never been so simple
Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with avalaible bikes.
When close to the station, press « release a Vélo’v » and pick yours!

At the end of your trip you receive a notification on your mobile which confirm that your bike has been properly returned and ask you to share your experience with the Vélo’v users community!

For a year, a day or even a trip: find the plan that suits you!
The app offers you the choice between different plans. The first 30 minutes of each trip are always free. Your credit card payments are secure.

One plan, several users
You can borrow up to 5 Vélo’v simultaneously and invite friends to discover the service with our app. Holder or not of an annual Vélo’v plan, you can buy up to 5 short-term plan in one transaction!

Get rewards
Participate to the service and its improvment by evaluating your bike at the end of your trip, report a default to the technical service in the app or turn back your Vélo’v in a bonus station.

Absolute trash. Waste of time and money. They charged me €35 even though it was a technical error at their end. Terrible customer service - no response to multiple emails or calls. It's better to pay for an e scooter or another company. Felt cheated!

It was one of the worsest experience of my life as a consumer. I was frivolously charged 75 euro fine despite parking the bike correctly and immediately calling the customer care as the same was not updated on app. Several mails and countless calls(not much English support), company simply refused to give back any money it deducted from my credit card. It overlooked all circumstantial evidence (immediate calls after parking), and claimed I had parked it wrongly which I had cross-checked twice.

This is the worst company i ever met. They charged me by mistake and after several months and a few emails still unable to refund my money. They don't even respond or after 3 weeks or 2 months, customer service is non-existent. In case the bike is broken and you call them from the road, you get the information to call them later because no English speaking operator is available. Avoid them, otherwise they rob you too.
