i hate this service. It is utterly unreliable. we wanted to returm our bikes in the evening, and several stations, all places are taken. Thia all happens last minute, so no way to know before you get there. In fact you see how many available bikes, but not how many empty slots. One station turns out to be entirely out of service but not marked so Bikes are nice but it is hard to manage two subscriptions from one account. Totems are ridiculoulsly hard to use, some inout areas are dead.

Bad experience. App crashed multiple times while trying to set up. Got charged twice had to get refund for second service. Bicycle was covered with grease got all over my clothes. Navigation app on bike made it very hard to find parking place which caused me to use a bike more than I wanted to and got charged for it. You would think they'd put a spot to mount your phone on the bikes since this is an app driven experience. Instead had to put phone in basket and it bounced all over the place.

The worst bikes I've ever used. Pay €30 and get extremely heavy, uncontrollable, and sometimes uncomfortable bicycles with faulty or broken breaks! Don't forget to enjoy! You can easily find much better bikes in any other European city compared to Valenbisi. Upd, usage statistics by year (num of journeys, duration) is calculated wrong.
