I'm having trouble accessing the app. Every time I try to open it, the app immediately closes. This issue has been ongoing for the past three weeks. Before this started, the app was working fine. I've cleared the app cache, deleted the app, and restarted my phone before reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.

very dangerous app seems like a scam since no-one can login to get cash back if an app doesn't work it's more harmful to the device data uninstall and reinstall cleared junk files and still doesn't work no support either typical as it's not good for business when things aren't working as it shows they aren't as good as they make out app suddenly stopped working when I tried to open it it keeps closing and not even getting on to any pages been like this for several months please fix t ofcom

Absolutley Diabolical. Began recieving emails to alert me that my JD cash is about to expire in 30 days only to go on the app and my grand total of £0.65 is still 'pending' from christmas shopping 6 months ago. My balance is zero. Never known as app to take this long to give you what you are due, maybe a few days I can understand but 6 months??? Im gonna loose it before I can even use it. Its not just myself either my daughter has the exact same issue, balance due never clears EVER !!
