About this app

ubeClock is a clean, distraction-free speedcubing timer for the 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube.

Every solve starts with a fresh scramble generated to WCA-style rules, drawn as an unfolded cube net so you can see exactly how your cube should look before you start. Hold the big button until it turns green, release to start, tap to stop. That's it.

FEATURES

• WCA-style scrambles — 20 random moves with no redundant same-face or same-axis turns, regenerated automatically after every solve.

• Visual scramble preview — a full-color unfolded net of all six faces shows the scrambled state at a glance, so you can check your cube before the timer starts.

• Hold-to-ready timer — press and hold to arm, release to start, tap to stop, just like a competition Stackmat. Haptic feedback confirms each transition, and your screen stays awake while you solve.

• Full session stats — best, worst, session mean, current ao5 and ao12, plus your best-ever ao5 and ao12. Averages use the official WCA rule: drop the fastest and slowest, mean the rest.

• Complete solve history — every time is saved with the scramble that produced it. Tap any entry to see the full scramble and its cube net again, or delete it if you mis-timed.

• Survives phone upgrades — your times are stored so they come back with your Android backup when you restore onto a new device.

• Works offline, always — no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and no tracking.

• Dark interface designed for one-handed use, with large tabular digits that stay readable mid-solve.

CubeClock collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no ads. Your solve times never leave your device.
