I can log into the app no problem but when trying to view my Visa credit card transactions it says "insufficient permissions". I've been using this app for many years and this has never happened. Please fix it.

One thing that is a hassle, at least once a month I have to uninstall the app and redownload it. Reasons being it will forget the quick login, or in some cases it doesn't remember ny passwords at all and I have to retype my username and PW. Very inconvenient at times. My honest opinion. I hope they fix the problem fast.

This app will not remember my phone/computer. I have to get an emailed code anytime I want to access the app to check my balance. I hit remember device and after a few days it forgets it but still saves the name. So I have saved my phone as a different name to remember this device at least 10 times now and I am still having to get email verification codes that take a long time to come through at times.
