WHAT YOU CAN DO

Review your account at a glance. The Dashboard shows your current balance, fee and reserve escrow, advance balance, credit limit, and available credit. The accounts receivable aging chart breaks your portfolio down by age bucket, so you always know where your AR stands. Debtor Credit alerts keep you up to date on recent changes.

Track activity. Browse recent funding and collection activity by batch.

See debtor aging. View your debtors sorted by name, outstanding balance, or age, with credit-limit status at a glance. Tap into any debtor to see open invoices and payment history.

Submit schedules. Capture rate confirmations and backup documents with your phone's camera, or upload from your photo library or file storage, and let J D Factors create invoices for you. Submit individual loads or a complete schedule for funding.

Check debtor credit. Look up any debtor by name or MC number. If you have an existing relationship, the app shows your current credit limit, outstanding balance, and available credit. For new debtors, run an instant credit check and see the status — approved, deferred, or no buy. When an automated decision isn't available, submit a manual credit review request to your Account Executive.

Run reports. Access trend analysis, recourse reports, pending recourse summaries, and (where applicable) volume rebate statements.
