Delivery takes more than hour always and food is never ever hot. If tried to contact helpline there are 4 numbers always switch off Worst app ever better to uninstall

Delivery was fast but there should be an option to customize the order or add some notes while placing the order. For an instance, if I dont want my order to be too spicy then there is no way I can convey this. Also, the world is going cashless. Online payment should be added on priority.
