This app is a total scam! Jedlo is fake and unreliable. They overcharge massively on payments – I placed an order that should have been around ₹500, but they charged me ₹1100 without any proper explanation. The extra fees just disappear into their pocket, and it feels like the payment gets "eaten up" with no transparency. Worse, the order I received was completely different from what I selected – they deliver something else entirely, wrong items, poor quality, and no customer satisfactory 👎

I have been using this app since past three years the day I moved to new place. The team has improved somewhat. Yes I know there are more room for improvement as compared to their competitors. At least I am getting food delivery service promptly.

Delivery was fast but there should be an option to customize the order or add some notes while placing the order. For an instance, if I dont want my order to be too spicy then there is no way I can convey this. Also, the world is going cashless. Online payment should be added on priority.
