🔧 JeFala1Tech — The right technician in under an hour, and a site manager for your projects, anywhere in Cameroon.
A water leak, an electrical problem, a wall that needs repainting? Or a real project: building, renovating, extending? JeFala1Tech connects you with verified technicians near you and oversees your projects from the initial visit to completion.
🛠️ NEED A REPAIR? SUBMIT A REQUEST
1. Describe your needs — trade, description, photos, and address. Save your locations ("My Home," "Shop," etc.) for future reference.
2. A technician accepts — your request is sent to verified technicians in your trade and city. First come, first served.
3. Choose your follow-up — directly with the technician, or with JeFala1Tech supervision: quote approved in the app, Mobile Money payment, dedicated supervisor, and arbitration in case of disputes. 4. Contact them — call or WhatsApp directly from the request.
5. Work completed — the request is closed, and you rate the technician.
🏗️ A PROJECT: ENTRUST YOUR CONSTRUCTION SITE TO US
New construction, renovation, maintenance, extension, or finishing work:
• A JeFala1Tech site manager will conduct an initial site visit.
• They will obtain quotes from each trade and send you the estimates. You compare them, then start the work in phases using your PIN.
• You pay the amount of your choice, whenever you want (Mobile Money, deposit, or bank transfer). JeFala1Tech pays the tradespeople as the work progresses, and each payment is visible in the app.
• Site log with photos, accepted amendments using your PIN, handover report, reservations, and warranty.
• A problem (poor workmanship, delay, absent tradesperson)? Report it from the job site: JeFala1Tech will make the decision and can replace the tradesperson, at no extra cost to you.
• At the end, you rate the job site, the site manager, and each tradesperson.

💳 IN-APP PAYMENT
Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money via Campay), deposit, or bank transfer. For each request, you agree to pay the technician's travel expenses (from 2,000 to 5,000 FCFA depending on the trade), even if you do not proceed with the work.

The welcome screen explains what to expect (payment, quote approval, delivery, etc.) and how to complete it. "Need help?" connects you with our team on WhatsApp.

Step-by-step registration: profile, ID card, photos of completed projects, privacy settings, and then initial credits. Indicate when you are unavailable, and track requests and projects in "My Projects."
