It's get ZERO Stars if possible. This app used to be fine except for constant to change passwords. Now the new update has erased my bill pay info and now can't pay rent or bills. The app wants to send a check instead of me being able to transfer rent right to my landlords account who has the same bank. This now will cost me to incur late fees. There is no improvement , actually it has declined in all aspects.

absolute garbage app. constantly have issues with logging in. have had to change my password probably 5 times in the past year because it "can't validate my information". Been a member of jeff bank for 20 years but considering changing banks all together because of how bad this app is.

Maximum amount is too low compared to other banks. I always have "endorsement " issues with only Jeff Bank.
